A private car up the Turnpike to ChampionsGate: one SUV or van held for your group, a flat fare from $550 per vehicle, booked in a few WhatsApp messages.
The rate rides with the vehicle, not the number of seats filled, and it locks the instant your reservation is confirmed. Choose the class that fits your travelers and their bags.
The whole plan is a single vehicle reserved for your party and driven straight up Florida’s Turnpike. Groups of five or fewer with normal luggage travel well in the black SUV; a party of six to nine moves up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van, and ten to fourteen ride the extended Sprinter. Once you land there is nothing left to organize: share your flight number and headcount at booking and the curbside meeting spot is confirmed over WhatsApp before your travel day. It is one continuous drive from the terminal to the resort door.
Every class here is reserved solely for your booking. Decide by how many are traveling and how much they carry.
Figure on 243 to 247 minutes from the terminal curb to the resort entrance across 238.9 miles (384.5 km). Leave outside rush hour and you land nearer the shorter number, since the Turnpike is limited-access and stays moving once Miami is behind you. The slow stretches — the metro at the start and the Orlando corridor on approach — nudge you toward the longer figure, but only by a few minutes. Nothing is metered, so a heavier traffic day never changes what you owe. When a tight check-in waits at the end, plan around the shorter estimate. Think of it as roughly four hours of air-conditioned road, with a quick stop along the way easy to arrange if the group wants one.
Curbside, right at arrivals. Walk out with your luggage and the vehicle is already in position. If your group would rather be met inside the building by someone holding a name sign, that greeting is a paid add-on — just ask for it when you reserve.
Your inbound is tracked live, so a delay simply moves the pickup to whenever you actually land. Nothing is re-booked and nothing extra is billed. Early or late, the reserved vehicle waits once your group reaches the MIA arrivals curb.
One checked bag plus one carry-on travels free for each passenger. Packing heavier, or carrying something oversized? Send a WhatsApp message before your date and we will either confirm the space you need or move you up to a larger private van. Settling it ahead beats finding out at the curb.
Golf bags are the one item that quietly reshapes the vehicle choice. Four sets of clubs stacked on top of four travelers’ suitcases is exactly the case worth naming in your booking message — send headcount and bag count together and the class gets confirmed before any money changes hands, rather than sorted out at the curb.
The figure buys the entire vehicle and the full door-to-door run: one bilingual chauffeur, the curbside meeting, a climate-controlled cabin, and space for the group’s usual bags.
Being met inside the terminal with a name sign is a paid extra you can request. Any child seat beyond the first carries a small fee agreed at booking, and a departure outside daytime hours brings the after-hours surcharge noted below.
Per vehicle. One figure covers everyone aboard, and adding travelers right up to the seat limit never lifts it — a black SUV carrying two costs the same as that SUV carrying five, and a private Sprinter van works the same way. No one outside your party is ever seated next to you.
The total is never due in one lump. A 50% deposit when you reserve holds both the vehicle and the quoted price; the remaining 50% goes to your chauffeur on your travel day. Venmo, Zelle and a secure payment link are all accepted, and cash works for close-in, neighboring pickups. Everything is written out over WhatsApp beforehand, so the amount and the method are settled well before anyone climbs in.
The daytime window of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM adds nothing. Step outside it and a modest amount goes on top of the standard fare.
Two directions cost exactly twice one direction in the same vehicle, so the run from the resort back to the airport is written at the identical locked rate. Name both pickup times when you reserve, and the same deposit-then-balance split covers the whole reservation.
You can. Reserving opens a WhatsApp thread straight to the person driving you. Terminal details, a flight number, a schedule that has moved — one message handles any of it, and the same thread is where the curbside meeting point gets settled before you are even airborne. No call center sits in between.
Setting it up takes a few messages: send the flight number, how many are traveling, and your pickup time, and the vehicle plus the agreed price come back in writing. Reserve to or from ChampionsGate whenever your dates are firm.
Plenty of groups want a last round before flying out. Give us the tee time instead of only the flight time and the return pickup is built backward from it, leaving room for a round that runs long without anyone glancing at a watch on the eighteenth.
Allow a few extra minutes at the resort entrance as well. A cargo bay full of club bags loads slower than the same count of suitcases, and that is far easier to plan into the schedule than to claw back on the road.
The service runs both ways between MIA Airport and Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. Pickups happen at Miami International Airport and PortMiami, while drop-offs elsewhere in Florida — other airports, ports and cities — can be arranged. Confirm your exact routing with us on WhatsApp before booking.
ChampionsGate is a master-planned resort community in the Orlando area, built around championship golf, groomed grounds and family leisure. The Omni property anchors it with courses, a spa, several restaurants and family pool areas, hosting vacationers and conference guests in equal measure. Residential streets sit beside hospitality and retail on an easy, low-traffic road layout. Because the community falls inside the wider Orlando attractions corridor, it suits theme-park families, golf parties and business travelers alike. More reading is available on the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate and on the broader ChampionsGate community.
Your chauffeur speaks English alongside Spanish or Portuguese, which keeps coordinating simple from the first message for anyone arriving from abroad. The WhatsApp thread stays open before and during travel day, so a question gets a one-sentence answer instead of a queue. And on a four-hour push north, what matters is that the same vehicle and the same named driver carry your group the whole distance — the trip is shaped around your flight and your party, never slotted into someone else’s schedule.
Golf tops the list, with full courses and practice areas spread across the property. Pools and water recreation draw families, and the on-site dining and spa make an entire day here easy. Beyond the gates, the surrounding Orlando corridor supplies the attractions and entertainment that bring visitors to this part of Florida in the first place.
What you get here is tighter and more premium — a set price, a driver assigned by name, a pickup timed against your flight — for significantly reduced total cost than an Uber Black or Lyft Lux booking.
