This is rare, since two free hours of wait time come standard. If you’re still inside the airport after that, the ride may be logged as a no-show. Additional wait time is available at US$ 30 for each extra 30-minute block, paid in cash to the driver.

Unplanned stops aren’t covered by the base rate, but a brief, nearby stop set up ahead of time can be accommodated. A small fee may apply for the extra time.

What you see is what you pay — no hidden fees. Tipping the driver is up to you and always appreciated.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and you’re refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours of the ride can’t be refunded.
Heads-up: refunds have a one-month claim window. Tell us about any issue — a no-show, a service problem — within 30 days of your scheduled ride; after a month the booking is no longer eligible for review or a refund.
